Jean Moulin family home

Jean Moulin spent his youth in Saint-Andiol, at n° 35, Route nationale 7.
During the World War II, on January 2, 1942, Jean Moulin was parachuted near Fontvieille with three of his companions. They joined Jean Moulin's family home. It was from this house that Jean Moulin would carry out the REX mission, and found the Conseil national de la Résistance. A fresco in his memory, bearing the words "Saint-Andiol, carrefour de l'Histoire", was inaugurated on the national road on May 26, 2012 in the presence of combatant associations.
