Yves Péron, was injured in the foot on June 9, 44 in an embuscade by a group from the Cie Daniel against a German truck at a place called "les crozes" between St Donat and Peyrins.
Smuggled into Romans, he went into hiding in Saint Donat.
On June 15 he was arrested and questioned violently. Released at the roadside, German soldiers followed him and gunned him in the dos.
He was 16 years old.
