Plaque Élise Rivet

Plaque in memory of Élise Rivet, Mère Marie Elisabeth de l'Eucharistie, born January 19, 1890 in Draria and died March 30, 1945 in the Ravensbrück camp. She hid weapons and ammunition in her convent for the united movements of the Resistance. From 1941, she took part in the rescue of Jewish children. Arrested on March 24, 1944 with her assistant by the Gestapo she was imprisoned in the Montluc prison in Lyon before being deported to the Ravensbrück camp near Berlin.
