Resistance Hospital

In this place on June 8, 1944was installed the hospital of the Resistance where very many Maquisards wounded during the fighting in the Vercors were treated and operated.
On July 22 the wounded were evacuated to the Grotte de la Luire. This hospital was destroyed and burned by the Germans when they left Saint-Martin on August 4, 1944.
