Stele marking the spot where Antoine Volant FTPF sub-lieutenant of the Bigouden battalion  was shot dead by German soldiers on June 9, 1944 as he attempted to flee the presbytery then under attack by them.
Buried in a mass grave at Poulguen in Penmarc'h, discovered on August 31, 1944.
