Saint-Pol-de-Léon cemetery

The Saint-Pol-de-Léon communal cemetery is home to the grave of sailor:
Stocker 1st class RN Thomas Robson crew member of the Destroyer H.M.S. Javelin of the Royal Navywhich suffered heavy damage during the fighting on November 29, 1940.

The cemetery also houses the graves of 17 resistance fighters shot in Brest for the most part members of the réseau Centurie OCMwhich was held prisoner at Pontaniou. Their bodies were found only 18 years later.
