B-17 Boomerang and Hun Hunter
Stele unveiled on September 18, 1994 by a Henry Burman pilot of the B-17 Hun Hunter in tribute to the victims of the crash of the B-17s on February 16, 1943.
The B17 Fortress Boomerangand Hun Hunter were shot down by a German fighter while on a mission to bomb the submarine base at Saint-Nazaire
