La Plagne parachuting

Here took place, on March 10, 1944 a parachuting of 12 tons of weapons, operated by theRoyal Air Force recovered by the maquis with the help of the Ste des Mines de la Plagne.
The memorial also pays tribute to engineer DUFOND, FFI lieutenant as well as his comrades-in-arms, Yves Noyrey and Louis Servignat mortally wounded in Laval combat on August 4, 1944.
