Sibiril Cemetery

The Sibiril communal cemetery houses the graves of 3 Commonwealth airmen, one of which holds the remains of two Canadian sailors from the destroyer NCSM Athabaskan sunk on April 28, 1944 off the Virgin Island lighthouse.
The cemetery also houses the grave of Sergeant Robert Holt crew member of the Beaufort II killed on February 2, 1942 northwest of Brignoganduring the attack on a German convoy.
Finally the cemetery also houses the grave of 3 unidentified Canadian sailors.
