Carhaix Cemetery

The Carhaix cemetery houses the grave of

★ Flying Officer William Joseph Freeman, of 35 Squadron of the Royal Canadian Air Force crew member of a Halifax shot down by the FLAK. The unfortunate man's parachute will remain stuck to the aircraft during his attempted jump.
