Currahee Military Museum

In July 1942, 5,000 men arrive at Georgia's Toccoa training camp at "Currahee Mountain" for parachute training. 17,000 soldiers from the 501st, 506th, 511th and 517th Parachute Infantry Division, known as the "Toccoa Men", will be trained here .
This camp was made famous thanks to the first episode of the no less famous series "Band of Brothers" ("Frères d'Armes").
