Tribute to the 8 American soldiers of the 6th Armored Division who gave their lives for the liberation of Huelgoat.

On August 5, 1944, as the tanks of the 6th Armored Division were advancing towards Huelgoat, they came under rocket attack  while crossing a minefield.
The 8 American soldiers listed below lost their lives:
