Jardin Marie Rosenbaum Brest

Stèle to the memory of Marie Rosenbaum who died for France and to all the deportees from the town of Brest from the second world war and to all those who have been bruised by history.
Marie Rosenbaum née Rose on June 14, 1885 in Krakhov (Poland), fleeing anti-Semitism, settled as a merchant in Brest and resided in Lanildut.
She had 3 children, including Rose Frak wife of Dr. Frak donor  of this garden to the town of Brest.
Arrested by the guestapo then deported first to Drancy then to the Auschwitz concentration camp, where she died via convoy no. 67 on February 03 1944.
