Stele erected in memory of the 5 victims:
Jean Baptiste Daniel aged 41, Oscar De Block aged 21, Léon Desilles aged 43, Augustin Gautier aged 47, François Lamige aged 44, arrested by militiamen. They were interrogated and tortured here before being shot in the back of the head on 16 July 1944 at La Maltière in Saint Jacques de La Lande.
