knocked down by the FLAKand fell at a place called Lesranigo en Grand- champ.

On the same site, a commemorative plaque in memory of the 1er bataillon des FFI du Morbihan which in 1944 received help and assistance from this canton in the combats of the maquis ( R Vigouroux, H Le Frapper, G Gougaud, J Ferre, J Miles, G Lhermier).
