Bel-Air battles

In this location, on August 10, 1944, a column of around ten German soldiers arrived by boat from Corsen and were attacked and then taken prisoner by Resistance fighters FFI.
A few hours later, fighting resumed with the arrival of German reinforcements. However the Resistants led by brother François Gloaguen  will have the upper hand and rout the German army.
At the end of the battle the FFI will blow upthe Kerglonou wooden bridge built by the Germans in 1942.
