Secretary to the Bishopric from 1938 to 1943. Valiant Resistance fighter, arrested by the Germans on August 18, 1944.

Remained voluntarily prisoner so as not to abandon 20 compatriots taken hostage. Murdered with them in Terre Noire (Italy) on August 24, 1944.
