Noyal Sur Brutz Cemetery

The communal cemetery houses a plaque in honor of 3 men shot at La Sablières in Châteaubriant, in reprisal for the assassination attempt on German Lieutenant-Colonel Karl Hotz, who were buried in the communal cemetery on October 23, 1941.

Jules Vercruysse FTPF Resistance fighter arrested on October 05, 1941.
Maurice Ténine, born in 1907 in Alexandria, Egypt, doctor and FTPF Resistance fighter.
Antoine Pesqué, born in 1886, also a doctor and Resistance fighter.
