BM3 shed

The BM 3, is a shelter for 2 machine guns,  located at the top of Thier Herkay, with a view towards Housse. In 1940, it had an observation bell and a telephone link with the fort at Barchon. Its role was to interdict access east of Cheratte, via the Thier Herkay and the Julienne crossing. One of its mitrailleuse could also cover the BM 2 shelter.
